Why aren't my profile pictures changing?

If your profile pictures aren't updating, try pressing the clear cache button in the settings. This will refresh your profile images and ensure you see the latest changes.

Why can't I see my friend's post?

Posts disappear after 24 hours. If you can't see a friend's post, they may not have posted today or their post may have expired.

How do I delete my post?

Go to your profile, tap on your current post, and select the delete option in the menu.

Why is my post upload failing?

This could be due to poor network connection, file size too large, or server issues. Try using a smaller image or checking your internet connection.

How do I change my username?

Go to Settings > Account Information > Edit Profile to change your username.

How do I verify my account?

Go to Settings > Verification and follow the instructions to submit your verification request.

Why can't I participate in challenges?

You need to complete your profile and have at least one post to participate in challenges.

Can I recover deleted posts?

No, once a post is deleted or has expired after 24 hours, it cannot be recovered.

Troubleshooting

App crashes when opening camera

Make sure you've granted camera permissions in your device settings. If that doesn't help, try restarting your device or reinstalling the app.

Not receiving notifications

Check your notification settings in the app (Settings > Notifications) and ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
